You cannot be "cardiac dead" for more than a few minutes. Even when they do heart operations they have an artificial heart pump your blood. If the brain goes without blood for more than a minute you will be severely brain damaged.
Please rewrite your question to clarify if you are serious.

Dead one and a half hours? In surgery on life support? Either way, you are very lucky to be here, I guess I'd say what would you have left behind had you died? Things left undone, unsaid, are there folks you need to apologize to, or thank, or help, who were already a part of your life before this happened? Just don't take your extra time for granted, make it worth something, everything happens for a reason even if we never know what it was, but I'd hazard a guess you are more important to someone around you then you realize. But obviously, you didn't "want" to let go, you hung on for a reason, so you are here, and you need to pray/meditate or whatever, to find that answer, I'm sure you can, with quiet reflection.

20 some odd years ago, I died on the operating table, yet lived somehow.

Don't worry about what you have to do. Just be open to that inner source and the lessons it will bring, the people that will come into your life, and the books that will show up. From that you will find the answers. At least, that's how it's worked for me.

you are the one Neo. you have come to save us all. you big dummy. you can't be "cardiac dead" for an hour and a half. in my line of work i have seen countless numbers of people die from cardiac arrest, and once the heart stops the circulation stops, the lungs stop, and four minutes later the brain starts to die. go play somewhere else.

yes, god has a specific reason he didn't take you @ that time. I would most certainly go see a pastor/reverand/father etc to get advice on what to do next then pray to god to ask what it is HE is wanting you to do.
