that's a really tough one. middle school guys are all over the place mentally. they're more concerned with their buddies and video games than looking at real girls that might like them.
they also tend to notice only the girls that everyone else notices, the most popular ones. guys are dumb, just keep that in mind.

hang out with this boy, not too much at first but gradully increase. Also, there is no way for sure that you can make a boy like you. so if he isnt the one remember there is a right out there for you.

Now here's what you do so that he'll definently notice you....
Dye your hair bright neon green so that he'll see you.
Dress in alumminim foil.
Scream "PEPTO BISMAL" whenever you're around him.
Try to toutch his eyeball.
Lick your finger and stick it in his ear.
Now if you do all the opposites of what i just said...then he'll notice you in a good way. Just flirt, smile, and be yourself gurl. Ignore all that other stuff i said earlier...i am hyper!

i have the same problem!! i'm in 7th grade too so i know just what u mean. try talking to himn and finding out what he likes then try to find something u 2 have in common. works all the time for me and my friends. good luck.

girl if he dont like you for who you are dont bother there are plenty of other guys maybe even a few who do notice you but you dont notice them because your to stuck on this other guy just be yourself and have fun doin it good things come in time ~good luck~

Well to make him notice you dress totally different then you usually do. lil more makeup. different or new clothes. and make lots of friends. if you have a lot of people behind you he will respect you and notice you more. good luck girly
