First of all, my heart goes out to your mother-in-law. You may need to double check the code, then go and search for the code..example enter in search 1.3056pc in _______state and _________city. That should give you the answer. I`ll be praying for your mother-in-law. It is so sad that a man can beat a woman and it is taken lightly by law enforcement and some people! I was almost killed 1 1/2 yrs ago .Talk with his parole officer and don`t slack with the violation! Enough pressure and the system has to be enforced to take proper action with the parole officer. Also, write a letter to the Judge that put him in jail , the one he is on parole with! I have done these things myself! If you want to hear my story.. e-mail me and let me know, I also would like to know how it turns out..Again, I`ll be praying. Be Blessed, Rev.Susan

I have never heard of that kind of code. I have a hunch that this may be a penal code that is just in your local justice system. I would suggest that you contact your your local police department and ask them.

you would have to provide what county you are from, and if the US what state.

In the US code is by state, a law in one state would not be the same in another.
