An overdose is completely possible and probable. Your heart doesn't blow up though. Actually, your heart beats so fast it stops properly filling with blood which drops cardiac output and causes you to have a heart attack. Some lucky souls don't have this problem, but they have another reaction in which they overheat due to hyper-increased muscle activity. This stuff will kill you in a dozen ways, avoid it at all costs.

Absolutely you can, and those that do, usually do so before they realize it. This is what causes so many deaths amoung cocaine users.
(1) The symptoms of a cocaine overdose are intense and generally short in nature. Although fairly uncommon, people do die from cocaine overdose. The exact amount of cocaine that causes an overdose varies from person to person and is dependent on a variety of factors including weight, metabolism, health etc. Cocaine is often "cut" with various adulterants. This increases the risk of overdose, since the purity of cocaine is difficult to determine. An overdose from cocaine can cause a serious increase in blood pressure, which as a result, bleeding in the brain occurs leading to a higher possibility of a stroke. A cocaine overdose can cause heart and respirator problems resulting in death.
Symptoms of cocaine overdose may include some or all of the following:
Dangerous or fatal rise in body temperature, Seizures, Heart attack
Brain hemorrhage, Kidney failure, Stroke, Repeated convulsions
Tremors, Delirium, Death
(2) Is it Possible to Overdose by Sniffing Cocaine?
Some doctors estimate that 1.2 grams of cocaine, when used orally, and 750-800 milligrams, when used intravenously or by inhaling, is fatal. It is unknown how much cocaine is fatal when sniffed. (Source: Cocaine Vraagbaak, Federatie van Instellingen voor Alcohol en Drugs, 1986). A user sniffs 0.1-0.2 grams of cocaine, i.e., 2-4 lines a night.
The average lethal dose of intravenous use of cocaine is about 500 milligrams. That doesn't mean, however that a smaller dose is safe. An estimated lethal dose when sniffing cocaine is unknown. These doses are estimates.
It is important to act rationally and fast when someone has an overdose. When the user is anxious or restless, try to calm him down. Bring him to a quiet place and never react to his delusions. It will only make him more restless. Try to talk about something else. If you notice heart or respiratory problems, contact a doctor.
......perhaps the most important thing is that if you or anyone you know is doing cocaine, get them into a treatment facility ASAP

Absolutely! I had a friend that used cocaine on a regular basis and actually died from an overdose. It's a very bad habit, so if you are now doing cocaine, I would advise you to stop immediately. Your life depends on it!
