I'm assuming that Frostwire is just like Limewire, so.... right-click on the downloaded song. Go down to "Explore," click it, and that'll open up a temporary Share folder for you, which contains the downloaded song(s). Just copy/paste the song(s) into your MyMusic folder (assuming you keep music in there... it's what I do with all my files). Then, open up iTunes, go to File, go down to "Add File to Library," select the MyMusic folder from the drop-down menu, and add your songs from there to iTunes. Easy.

go to library, click on shared files on the far left above music, video, and all the other links, click on the button in the middle of the page that says "configure". click "saving" on the menu on the left of the window that pops up. go to where it says you are saving the files in drive C: at my computer. then you can drag and drop on to itunes when it is open from the window showing your music that you have just located. I think the default is, in C/documents and settings/your user name/shared
