First of all, what do you mean by "very fast"? If you mean two weeks, well, give yourself a break. But, if you mean 2 - 4 months, its possible. You have to be very strict with yourself, maybe so strict you might not think its worth it.
Stop eating all bread products, which includes pizza, bagels, cinnamon rolls, toast, pancakes, cakes, cookies, muffins, pies, etc. If it has bread or flour or wheat or gluten in it, don't eat it.
Stop drinking everything that has been processed and possesses sugar, which includes beer, all types of alcohol, soda, sugared juices (100 % juice without preservatives is fine), koolaid, tea with sugar, all cocktails, all the drinks you can get out of a vending machine, except water. Water is the number 1 drink for you and drink a lot of it, about 8-10 glasses a day, because with the water you are flushing out each cell's waste products. Put a filter under your sink so you can have filtered water, because why put the time into flushing your body if you're just gonna gunk it up with whatever little particles are present in your tap water now?
Forget about any sugar at all, including chocolate, candy, etc. Don't even think about the sugar substitutes, because they cause cravings and the only thing that satisfies them is real sugar.
Exercise moderately everyday. Try to make this into a ritual. About 20 minutes done everyday will make a difference if you currently sit a lot. Walking at a pace in which you can still talk to someone is good.
One of the first things you will notice is that in the first few days you will lose some water weight. This is a good thing. After a week, you will notice that your skin on your face is becoming finer and has a warmer tint, indicative of a healthier lifestyle.
After 2 weeks, along with losing a little belly fat, you may notice that your gums are a little healthier and there is a noticeable sparkle in your eyes. Have the courage to be beautiful!

there's honestly no way to lose it "very fast"... but if you want to lose it, you need to get into some good physical activity... there's no magic pill, and watching what you eat and taking some weight loss pills wont do anything for you...
if you want to lose 20 pounds, the only way you're going to do it is to work at it... you have to WANT it! and if you make the commitment to do it, and you keep that commitment, you're not going to be disappointed! but your success or failure is all going to depend on how strong your commitement is! always keep that in mind! if you work hard at it, watch what you're eating, get a lot of exercise (and not walking around the block once a day, I mean get into the gym for at least an hour every day and push your limits!!!), then you're going to see results! You'll be proud of yourself, other people will be proud of you, you'll gain confidence, you'll be even more physically attractive... the list goes on, and it's nothing but positives! good luck ;)

Do it like this!!
-30 mins of cardio every morning at least 30 mins b/f breakfast
8am-Nutritious shake for breakfast (like Slim-fast) and lots of WATER
11am- a Nutritious filling snack (2apples, or apple & orange, or one yogurt with and apple, etc) and lots of WATER
1pm- large nutritious lunch!! You will love this meal!! (but you can split it in half so you wont be hungry later) and lots of water
3pm- a Nutritious snack (or the other half of your large lunch) ad lots of WATER
6pm no later than 7pm- YOUR LAST MEAL of the day should be the smallest-- preferably another Nutritious shake and a salad OR two apples or an apple and one cup of grapes NO BANANAS or nuts!! too fatty) and WATER WATER WATER!!!!
YOu can work out again if you want or work out longer than 30 mins in the morning-- but if you weight train you will add on musle weight-even though it will boost your metabolism more!!

EXERCISE. and i don't mean 4 crunches with an Ab Roller and a 10 minute brisk walk. i'm talking 60 minute cardio workouts at 75%...this is equivalent to a 10 minute mile and do it at least 5x/wk.. then i'd throw in about 3 sets of 100 crunches daily. lay off the pasta and carbs and replace with H2O when you feel hungry. load up on fresh veggies and fruit. you can't lose fat unless you SWEAT and you can't see muscles unless you lose fat. so don't listen to the man on the 'Gazelle'. he's full of crap.

you could always do crank or rub the genies bottle and wish for weight loss lol, no offense but you seem to be the type that is trying to find that magical cure to lose some fat but put no effort into it, the answer to losing 20 pounds for you is more motivation to get off your a$$ and keep doing situps or whatever ur gonna do, most people work out until it starts to burn and quit, its continuing to work out even after it starts to burn that gets you where u want to be, so motivation and will power is what you need

I wrestle so im used to dropping a lot of weight quick. Sit-ups are good for toning but they will not make you lose a lot of weight! You have to do about 1800 just to work of about a can of soda. You really have to have a reduced calorie diet and increase your excercise! Also no soda or sweets. Thats the safest way probably but quickest would probably be crash dieting and developeing eating disorders.

Well you should be carefull not to drop the wieght too fast because it could be dangerous and leave your sking like hanging off of you. I recommend you eat 3 meals a day(helps boost motabolism) and definetley do exercise. An effect and quick ay would be kick boxing. other ways are jumproping with your abdominals tightened, then do push ups and sit ups and run/walk for like 45 min. You should see results quickly.

youre gonna have to work out my dear. running or walkin galone will do wonders.
but of course, eating is a gigantic factor. a few suggestions are NOT EATING LATE AT NIGHT, try to stop eating 3 hours before you go to sleep. Also, dont oversleep! if you must eat junkfood (which i suggest you shouldnt if ure tyrign to lose weight) then eat it in the morning. Cut down on food portions, maybe eat on smalle rplates so you feel like your'e eatin bigger meals. Drink plenty of water, cut out SODA COMPLETELY, in fact, try not to eat any fast food.
and umm.. dont try to obsess over it, keep yoursel fbusy with other things,, because if you obses to much, this might lead up to a binge.

What you can do isbasically escercise daily, i recommend a hr walk a day and then gradually walk more and more so you can get used to it which can also help you build stamina. A good thing to do is swimming, becasue swiming burns alot of calories and works out alot of your body. alos eating healthy is good.
