First, there are infinitely many solutions to this question. There are way to many variables to consider. So I will only make one brief observation, and then I'll state one possible answer.
Obviously there are 5 people in this room:
" A man "
" another man "
" that man "
" the man,
and " nurse "
if "he leaves" refers to "a man" instead of "another man" then "a man" has left the room.
That leaves 4 other people.
"another man"
"that man"
"the man,"
and "nurse"
When the nurse asked "another man" who "that man" was, he must have been slightly confused. "That man" was still in the room.That is why "another man" did not answer the question.
It says that "The man" answered the question. "The man" replied, "Brothers and Sisters I have none, That man[']s Father is my Father[']s Son."
"That man" in this statement is referring to the man that the nurse did not know was in the room with her. "The man's" answer means that "that man" is his own son.
So, basically "the man" took the question for what it literally meant, and the answer to the question is shown as the following:
