I'm looking for an IRF246N MOSFET but I cannot find it. Do anybody knows if there is any equivalent to replace this? The original use is for a 12V. L.E.D. multi-pattern flasher.

You can get the spec sheet at:

Typically you can match the specifications to another similar MOSFET from say Digikey. Something doesn't seem right here though, as this is a 250V device, and you say that this is a 12V flasher. The "N" on the end MIGHT be significant. Typically it's only a package type designation. Are you positive this is the correct part number?
