I also notice that my legs leg is smaller than my right legs, could that be cause by the pain around my knee? I went to the orthopedist they give my knee a x-ray than tell me to get a mri scan. Then one day they call me and told my that they dont know wats wrong with it even though there is pain. Wat should i do? help!

Get an artificial knee - that will stop most of the pain.

go to a different orthopedist, that happened to me(I am also 14), they diagnosed me with: patellafemerol mallalignment syndrome(irritated knee caps) they said iwould probably eventually grow out of it and that is caused by when you grow the knee cap getting pushed out of line. GOOD LUCK, oh, and my doctor said to take 2 advil for the knee pain

strenghen your knee muscles with exercises. I have a similar problem ,yet I do have a miniscus issue as well, my doc gave me a pamplet on knee exercise. If you stregthen the knee muscles it will help to support any problems you might be having in the knee. Research this on the internet, ask your doc first, I'm NOT a doc.

Has anyone checked you for Osgood Schlatter condition(disease)?
Its common in active early teens that go through a growth spurt.
Google it ,there is lots of info on it.
The good news is that you grow out of it.
Good luck
