I used to love the frapps until I found out about the fat and calories. What is a good drink to order that is non-fat and low cal? Any of your personal favorites would be appreciated. I don't care if it's a latte, frapp, or whatever, I'm just looking for something that is low cal and non-fat that still tastes good. Thanks for the help.

Orion, you idiot, I'm not overweight, I'm six feet tall and 170 lbs. FYI, I run 30 miles a week. So what if I don't want extra calories? Stupid twerp.

If you must... I would buy the nonfat white chocolate mocha with no whipped cream! Its 260 calories, but well worth it...its the one with the least calories that is still good!

The easiest way: cut out all whip, use soy or nonfat milk, buy only tall drinks, and go to Starbucks less often.
Drink: Green tea anything is great, because green tea help your body burn calories.
One last thing! Starbucks has a free Nutritional pamphlet in most stores or you can go to the website -- http://www.starbucks.com/retail/nutrition_info.asp

I'm a big Frappuncino fan. If you order them lite and without whipped cream, you save literally hundreds of calories. Also, if you go to http://www.starbucks.com you can see how many calories are in each drink and compare. You'll be sure to find something there. Good luck.

Any drink that is "skinny" with no whip is fine. They sweeten it with Splendas. Otherwise, try herbal tea. It's got very little fat, and is very relaxing.

Cappuccino, latte, or espresso, just be sure that's its made with skin or low fat milk. And try to sweeten it with Spenda.
