I started feeling sick around this time last week, and it has been a week since then and I'm still feeling like crap on and off. The first few days, my body hurt really bad in the mourning and my throat was kinda sore. Later on since about monday, i started getting this really bad and persistent cough that won't go away no matter what I take. Do you have any possible clue as to what I have, I heard other people have had something similar, but they've gotten better way before I have.

Might be no more than a simple flu or cold virus that has taken hold of your system. And given modern medicine with all it;'s potions and pills hasn't yet found a cure for the viruses, coommon or otherwise, all the remedies you are takign are doing nothing more than trying to mask the symptoms anyway.

What your body needs is plenty of nourishment, lots of rest, a boost for your immune system and a raise in temperature. Only via those things can you get to the point where your own immune system will fight off the viruses that move so easily through society.

One thing I find that helps are capsules of garlic and cayenne. And no they do not taste terrible since the capsule holds in the contents until after they are swallowed. So, check out yoru local health foor or natural healing store or even some pharmacies and find them and follow the directions. No they don't take away the symptoms nor do they cure the illness but they do help your body fight off the virus.

I get sicker and longer than other people. Say someone doesn't feel good, well I would be deathly ill for a week. I figure my anti-bodies aren't as good as other people. I don't have Aids.
