Comparing identical volumes (an ounce for an ounce), Irish cream has more alcohol.
Bailey's = 17% alcohol by volume.
Budweiser = 5% alcohol by volume.

usually bailey's is higher. however i recently saw a program on beer where they talked of one made by sam adams with a proof level of 51.
