Religious people I know are, but what about people who do not belong to any religion? I guess even atheists are religious since they believe in something (that God does not exist)? And people who do not search for the truth and meaning of life, would they be spiritual? For instance, someone who only believes in making money in this life, would they be spiritual?

Everyone worships a god or the God. You mesy choose one or the other.

Atheist are not religious. We don't believe their isn't a god. We know. I know that 4 plus 4 equals 8 but that doesn't make me a religious follower of math. It is just a fact. So no I do not believe everyone is spiritual.

I think all people use some form of prayer or medidtation to quiet the mind . I think anything that folks use to bring them peace is in a sense being spiritual. Religion usually has nothing to do with being spiritual.

The Christian God designed all humans with a God-Shaped vacuum (a spiritual vacuum) that is designed ultimately to be satisfied by relationship with the God of the Universe.
Many humans (including atheists) try to fill this vacuum with idols of various kinds. These idols can satisfy us for short periods of time (maybe even for most of our adult life) -- but not for eternity.
Making money -- wealth -- can be one such idol.

Spiritual to me means not material. So to be spiritual is not the same as religious.
