Dangerous Dog Ordinance. It was not written to be breed specific. It encourages spaying or neutering you pet by charging a large amount for license for an unaltered pet. Also if your dog is unaltered and picked up by metro animal services, they will spay or neuter your dog before you can get them back.

And it isn't a law yet. It was passed by metro council, now the mayor still must approve it.

I believe it is the Pit Bull Ordinance. The only reason I think this is right is because I remember seeing political mail in October with that on it!

It is awful. I do NOT understand why this kind of crap is ok as long as it isn't breed specific! A VERY BAD DAY for dog owners everywhere!
