Please, talk to your doctor. If you can't talk to your doctor, find another adult whom you trust, and start by talking with that person. That could be a teacher, a clergy person (if you are so inclined), even the parent of a friend. But you need help for this.
Cutting and other methods of hurting yourself do indicate a personal problem. I'm glad for you that you realize this. Physiologically, cutting itself triggers the release of brain chemicals that are pain killers, which is why cutting yourself, in and of itself, feels good to you. But what happens if you cut yourself too deeply?
You are asking about this now, which seems to mean that you're beginning to realize that this is a problem and that you need help. Please, don't be afraid to ask for help. It won't be the first time that a doctor or teacher will have heard of this. Nor will it be the last time. They won't be judging you. They will only start the process of getting you the help that you now realize that you need. Further, they will explain to your parents the general reasons for this problem.
Don't ever be afraid to ask for help. I wish you all the best in getting that help, and in healing yourself. It will be hard work, but it can be done.

Please don't cut yourself! This can take a long time to stop! If you are old enough to make these kinds of decisions for yourself go see someone you can talk to. A Psychologist. You need talk therapy. Maybe medications.
Whatever you do do not start cutting on yourself. There are better ways.I wish you the best of luck.

Ummm. you're in a really tough situation and my friend went through the same thing. I'm sorry about whatever your issues are and i hope you get through them, but cutting yourself is the wrong way to go. You should try talking to someone or realieving your stress some other way. I was crushed when my friend told me that she started to cut herself. She started to talk to me about it and evetually stopped. I hope everything works out okay for you.
