If you like him wait until they have broken up. If he wants you and is really foward about it and you don't like him back tell him to just leave you alone! It's not rite to cheat on another person....... but what you guys do after he has broken up with that girl is none my business....*wink*

No, because he isn't respecting his girlfriend or you. If you were his girlfriend, would you want him talking to another girl? He is the kind of guy that just uses women until he gets tired, then he'll go get another one. Save your self the heart ache.

STop talking to him hes got a g/f and he still wants you that a sign of a cheat evn if you did go with himm then he'll probably cheat on you too.

No. I'd tell him I don't go out with guys who have a girlfriend. Actually, I wouldn't go out with or talk to him period, even if he breaks up with the girlfriend. Pattern of behavior.
