How can i spot a potential rapist, kidnapper, or murderer by questioning?

my friend met a guy online and im afraid he might be someone he's not...

Well Im a cop, so I always get the necessary info first, date of birth, social security number, and hopefully a DNA test and a urine(joking on the last two). Run his name online and see what comes up. Ask him direct questions about his past and see if his answers match up to what he previously told you. If you don't have a good gut feeling, walk away, you are probably right.

try not meeting people online unless u have it on a webcam or wutevr.
