Keep in mind when the T1000 killed The Terminator it came back to life in a matter of minutes, whereas it took Jesus a matter of days.

jesus would turn his other cheek and forgive the terminator. then terminator would terminate jesus who would be buried under a rock. then jesus would fly up to heaven and claim victory. so i suppose it would be jesus. depends on when the "end" of the fight took place...

The Terminator. It's a machine, so it's immune to appeals to humanity or mercy. Nor can it be stopped by waving a hand at it. Even assuming ancient weaponry only, the T would still win out against any human.
