Dilute beer (16 oz) with equal volume of water and rinse hair with it after shampoo. Catch the liquid and pour it over your hair again, repeat 2-3 times more. You can add 2 tsp of cider vinegar (any white vinegar will do) to the mixture too for better clarifying benefits. Let it sit for a couple of minutes and rinse off.
Edit:
If you have dry hair, apply your normal conditioner after the beer rinse, otherwise, it may dry out your hair.

Forget beer. Use a vinegar hair rinse to make your dull hair shine. Dilute 1/3 cup on vinegar in 4 cups of warm water and poor this over your head. It will rinse away residue that has built up from washing etc and allow the true beauty of your hair to shine through.

Yeah I've heard of that, but first you will want to remove the alcohol from the beer, if you don't it will dry out your hair, and I don't think you want that, right? Open the can of beer and pour it in to a small pot, on a medium flame slowly bring it to a boil, after it as boiled for about 5 minutes, take it of the heat to cool, you don't want to put it on your head hot. Get a spray bottle and pour it in, now spray it on dry washed hair, and style as usual, and no need to rinse.

pour it in your hair rinse and shampoo....you dont wanna have your hair smell like beer lol. If your looking for shinner healthier hair they have other home remedies like mayonnaise and egg.
However. that vinegar one i saw somewhere here is not the best idea. its drying. The vinegar treatment is for people with thick hair who have problems getting all the shampoo out.
