Iraq DID NOT ATTACK US. Why do people stupidly insist they did?

The number one thing I see that Bush has done wrong is he believes the Iraqi people want peace ,freedom and democracy.

They don't -they are two faced manipulators out for number one - they want the biggest bully(dictator) to lead them around , make them keep from killing each other and have no say over their lives. Then switch dictator every 20-30 years so one sect isn't totally wiped out. We have seen the Sunni rules, now it is the Shites turn and in ten years give the Kurds a try. Women may want power or freedom but will never have it in a Muslim country - Bush and the US are their only hope.

Spain (trains) and Great Britain (buses & subway) were attacked but it was smaller than the US attacks that took out complete buildings . Also to prevent future attacks , Spain gave into demands and even changed their ruling government- that was too harsh on "terrorism".

President Bush should set some type of outline for leaving. And let them all kill each other when we are gone. Tighten our borders and let no one else in - that way all the terrorists can blow each other up and leave us alone. A tad extreme but so is a suicide bomber blowing up a school or mall in downtown Idaho or Kansas.
May the strongest survive - and stay in their own home town.

Yes we got attacked, was it Iraq? uhhh NO!!! If it was Iraq do you think all of us would be against it? The reason I'am so much against this war is that this war is nothing but bully tactics. A stronger country picking on a weaker country. Do you think the U.S. would dare mess with China? Don't think so. Even though they are also a dictatorial regime abusing human rights. No a country like China, we sing their praises. Bush took Iraq cause he knew he could easily topple it. The thing he wasn't counting on was everyday iraqis resisting their land occupied by foreign troops..
As far as what should Bush do? He shouldn't have started this war in the first place. When wars start anything could happen. When Hitler started WWII I'am pretty sure he didn't imagine he'd be dead five years later. Many other countries won't ally themselves with him cause in their minds they'd be allying themselves with a crazed lunatic. Yes if you go abroad you'll realize that people are better informed on how this whole Iraq war started, and you'll realize that Bush is a universally hated man. that's the truth of the matter.

What do you mean by the "middle east"? Most of the time when people discuss the middle east they are referring to Palestine.

Sorry, but we are not the only country that they attacked and are attacking. Taken a look at Sudan lately, or Darfur? How about the attacks in Philippines or Spain, London bombings? And certainly you've heard about them killing innocent civilians in Iraq?

Not a bad thought. One of the things that I can convey to you, is that there are quite a few countries that have rotations there. They kick down doors with the rest of us. IT is truly amazing to meet a fellow soldier from another culture and have so much in common. I wish the media would show the half of what is going on, instead of slanting it. I would like to see more participation by other countries, but I do believe it would be bad policy to leave our security to those foreign forces.

The problem here is not President Bush, it's because of him and Tony Blair that anybody went over there in the first place (I mean this as a TOTAL COMPLIMENT!) The problem's the U.N. they are the biggest bunch of crackpots and morons you have ever seen. They couldn't make a decision if the world depended on it. it should be done away with completely since it's totally useless. It's because of them that we are in Iraq in the first place PEOPLE since it was the U.N that stopped the U.S from going into IRAQ during the first gulf war and getting the job done then, before all of Clintons military cutbacks when we HAD the military to do it with.

i did no longer study each and each of ways nonetheless, yet you're precise in one regard. that is going to take time to be sure if the Iraq war became sturdy or undesirable for the united states of a. that is going to take a minimum of a decade as quickly as we depart to absolutely understand each and every thing and the impact led to. people who state they be attentive to now be attentive to no longer something approximately historic previous, and basically talk with hear themselves talk.

There is nothing wrong with the way President Bush is handling the Iraq and Afghanistan situation. He's at least
keeping the terrorists from attacking us over here.

What are you talking about? We do have other countries helping us . Check it out. The Bin Laden bunch attacked the towers, they have also attacked GB, Spain, and other American facilities abroad. Bush should have engaged in more bombs longer, let the military do what it is trained to do , keep the politicians out of it.

Other countries know that Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11, didn't have ties to al-queda before Iraq invasion, and that Hussein was a CIA puppet.

don't americans see the strangeness of it all? how is it possible that the entire basis for the american economy is run by muslim oil, and yet most americans will condemn muslims and associate them as terrorists. complete ridiculous.

He is consumed with his messianic view that he is the good battling evil, he simply is not able/or capable of dealing with the reality of the situation...more cynically, he is just incompetent and his buddies are getting rich off the war...
