We'd like it to be indoors, classy but artsy. Like a historic place or house. We have a caterer, and we're only inviting 100 guests. Please help me find a cool place.

I know that Today's Bride is having a bridal show in January at the IX Center. You can find the information on their website. I would suggest going there and they might have some ideas for you. I believe when I was looking at the website, the IX Center has a room you can rent for wedding receptions. I wish I could be of some more help, but I live closer to Sandusky than Cleveland. Other than seeing what the bridal show has to offer, I wouldn't know. I hope that helps some and Congratulations.

look into a museum or art hall an vs having a sit down do a cocktail hour i had a friend do that an it was cool an another did it at the aqarium very fun an classy

Well sometimes in ritzy hotel and motel they have ball rooms they rent. And sometimes depends on you how fancy you want them to be. Also look for ballrooms or fancy dance halls that can cater to your liken. ANd if you want to save money some Knights of Columbus Halls are nice too.

Wouldn't you rather have it in a nice location, maybe with a water view, also with rolling hills and lots of hardwood trees? I think you should have your wedding in Northern Michigan. There are lots of great locations that you and your guests will fall in love with. One is a historic castle http://www.castlefarms.com where you can have your dream wedding.
