No, it will not be nearly strong enough. I'm sure, however, that you could leave it out entirely, or substitute another flavor, like almond or vanilla extract. Of course the fudge will taste different, but it will probably still be really good.

Although the orange flavor of the OJ may not be very strong, it is the liquid that is of more concern. If you use it, use it in place of the other liquid or the fudge will tae much longer to boil or may not crystalize. It will give it some flavor. The alcohol in the extract boils off quickly.

No, orange juice is too watery and does not have the concentrated flavor of orange extract. If you do not have orange extract, substitute another flavoring like vanilla, peppermint or almond.

No. Juice is completely the wrong consistency.

You can substitute orange-flavored liqueur, though you may need to use up to twice as much.

You could also use a different flavor of extract, as others have suggested.

It won't have the same intensity and may make it not as thick, like fudge should be. I'd run to the store and get the real stuff. Otherwise, I don't think it will turn out and you will waste all of those ingredients.

Orange juice is not potent enough. Orange zest would be better if you have a fresh orange. The next best thing would be frozen orange juice concentrate.
