The restaurant: 310 park ave which is in Winter Park, Florida (just outside of downtown Orlando) serves alligator strips, they are like fried like chicken strips, but are more chewy. Very good.

I do not know if this place is near Orlando or not but it does serve up some unusual dishes. How about Alligator tail? Sounds unusual to me. Anyway here is the name of the Restaurant. It is also rated 5 star. So it should be very good.

Not being an alligator, I wouldn't know....I eat where they serve man. (sorry, I couldn't resist...).
