OK there should be an emergency vet clinic in your area, you need to take him there. In the mean time make sure he doesn't eat for 24 hours water is needed but no food. give him some childrens pedialite in place of the water to keep him hydrated. After the 24 hours make this mixture to put in place of his normal food:
1 part lean hamburger( drained)
1 part cooked white rice
1 part low fat cottage cheese
This is kinda like the brat diet for dogs Give him no more then 1/2 cup a day, I would break it up into 2-3 feedings . the recipee along with the pedialite will help with the vomiting and the diarreah. Just make sure to get him to a vet asap he may need anti biotics and the vet may give him a shot. My dog has this problem form time to time and I always do the food and pedalite thing it seems to work

Everyone so far has had great advice. Make sure to take him to the vet... call around and ask if they have payment plans, most vets would not turn away treating a dying dog. Our dog had problems like this when she was a pup and she was startlingly close to death by the time we got her to the vet a day after her problems started. The bloody mucus is a BAD sign. We had to have our dog on IV fluids, feed her rice and well done ground beef, and let her drink pedialite. They had her on 2 antibiotics and anoother mistory liquid. It was a serious problem!! Please seek professional help immediately!!!

If your dog isn't eating, take him to the nearest animal hospital (and be sure to bring a stool sample with you). Better to be safe than sorry! There should be somewhere you can take your dog for emergencies even when the vet's office is closed. If not, you can look up his symptoms on line and see if there is anything you can do until help becomes available. Good luck!

I really don't want to scare you but please see an emergency vet. We took our puppy to the vet's as she started with diareah and well 4 weeks after every test under the sun we found out the problem - Colon cancer which has spread throughout. As I said I truly don't want to scare you but if its something serious with your baby you can at least keep him as comfortable as possible or if it's nothing serious you can breath again.. Take him to the emergency vet's.. You would rush your kid to the hospital wouldn't you?. As for the post I read about placing his face in his poop... I don't think so.... Good luck, hope it's just a little bug.

Try feeding him some boiled rice. If your regular vet is not opened tomorrow and he still has the problem take him to the emergency vet. Little dogs can have all kinds of complications if they don't eat, dehydration, hypoglycemia.

Make him drink petialight does not dehydrate.Pepto-Bismol for the diarrhea if he doesn't get better within 24 hours take him to the vet.get a Dropper thing that they give babys meds. with. Give a about a tablespoon with Pepto-Bismol and 1/2 cup petialight every 4 hours. Make him take it. Also if his gums are white then he has hookworm anemia and he needs to be worm right away or he will die.

Hun it could be his pancreas. I'd really have him checked out ASAP. As for the spots I'm not sure. Do u have an emergency clinic nearby? I'd call them and talk to them. They will be able to tell you if the dog can wait till Tuesday or needs to come in Now. Please don't play around with this, it could be something serious. At least try to make sure he drinks alot of water, to keep him hydrated. Good luck.

Try an emergency vet / animal hospital. Also ask your regular vet to recommend what to do in emergencies too, or what emergency vet they'd recommend, {or just call one from the phone book} Good luck.

Give him lots of liquids to flush this horrible bug out of him. Take him to the vet as soon as possible. But in the mean time, comfort him and make sure that you keep a close eye on him, incase something happens..
GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!
