I am looking for an easy fudge recipe. Something that is swirled. I have coco if i need that. I also have the chocolate chips. I have white chocolate chips too. I have the marshmallow creme. I have everything I need but a recipe! Thougth I do not have a candy thermometer. Thanks . Have a Merry Christmas!!

Chocolate Snow Swirl Fudge

INGREDIENTS
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
4 tablespoons butter or margarine, divided
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Dash salt
1 cup chopped nuts
2 cups miniature marshmallows
DIRECTIONS
Melt chips with EAGLE BRAND®, 2 Tbsp, butter, vanilla and salt. Remove from heat; stir in nuts. Spread evenly into wax paper-lined 8- or 9-inch square pan.
In medium saucepan, over low heat, melt marshmallows with remaining 2 Tbsp butter. Spread on top of fudge. With table knife or metal spatula, swirl through top of fudge.
Chill at least 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off wax paper and cut into squares. Store covered in refrigerator.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl Fudge

INGREDIENTS
2 cups peanut butter chips
1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
Dash salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt peanut butter chips with 1 cup EAGLE BRAND®, butter and salt.
In small saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate chips with remaining EAGLE BRAND®. Remove from heat; add vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
Spread peanut butter mixture evenly into waxed paper lined 8- or 9-inch square pan. Spoon chocolate mixture over peanut mixture. With table knife or metal spatula, swirl through top of fudge. Chill 3 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.

2 cups (12-ounces) premium white chocolate chips, divided use
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 (7-ounce) jar marshmallow creme
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 teaspoon kosher or coarse salt
Butter a 9-inch square pan. Set aside.
Melt 1/3 cup of white chocolate chips and peanut butter together, stirring constantly, in small saucepan over very low heat until smooth. Set aside.
In medium saucepan, combine marshmallow creme, sugar, evaporated milk and salt. Bring to a full-rolling boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Stir in remaining white chocolate chips until smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Top with tablespoonfuls of the peanut butter mixture; swirl with metal spatula to marbleize.
Refrigerate until firm. Cut into 1-inch squares.

Ms.manners does but hers is extra crispy. crispy fudge and if you are reading this right now ms.manners then who cares cause knowone do.
