After cooking, it will be okay if left out a day , it depends on the temperature, is it covered, etc.

If it's salty, then I believe it could last a couple days because virus doesn't grow in salty foods. If you dry it correctly, then it could last probably from six month to one year depending on how you store it.

we ususally let it sit all day and put a towel or a paper towel over it and sit it in the microwave and its still good
