i am looking for something that is not to pricy, low oil and that contains vit e . My face is very dry at moment and yet usually when i use moisturizer i get new "break outs".

An inexpensive acne line called Serious Skin Care (clear skin) is sold on HSN. They include a good moisturizer in their kit. Proactiv sells theirs separate and they're expensive. They're no better quality than Serious Skin Care. You get much more for the money. I am happy for you that you realize that moisturizer is important, especially with the acne.

It's CHEAP (it cost $16 for an 8 ounce (236 mL) bottle) & works GREAT!! But it doesn't contain vitamin E but it's still GREAT!! You'll LOVE it I know!!

Loreal Aqua Essence. It ' s in gel form. Not oily at all.
