Basically one could be an agnostic atheist if not 100% sure of there being no god. They simply lack the belief.
Also one could be an agnostic theist if not 100% sure God does exist. They simply believe but aren't active about it.
Also one could be precisely in the middle.
Richard Dawkins has a 7-spectrum thingy about this sort of thing. I just mentioned 3 of them.

I am not 100% certain about the existence of G-d, but I dont think that absolutely makes me agnostic

A theist believes in a god. An atheist does not. An agnostic is unsure.
None of it involves certainties.

Why are Christians a hundred% specific that there is a god? i can understand a guy being agnostic (i.e. undecided, whether ninety 9% specific), yet how can everybody be a hundred% specific that there is a God? actual this is extraordinaly conceited? How can Christians be a hundred% specific?

Not necessarily. Everyone goes though a period or periods of doubt about the existence of God. It's human.
Faith is an interesting thing. Lots of gray areas.....
