Some parts of America are FREEZING! Northern Missouri gets pretty nippy with the cold winds coming from the north. But currently where I'm at though (southern MO), it's not terribly cold. It's just cold. Not cold cold.
Weather depends on where exactly in the States you are.

No! It's really warm here. Unusually warm. Usually it would be cold during this time of year but where I live it's around the 50s. The other day it got to 70 I think!

I live in Pennyslvania. Over the past 2 months or so through most of the Autumn, it has been ridiculously warm here. It should be in the 30's Farenheit and as I said, it has been the 50's and 60's. There is no chance of any snow coming and this is not nice. I'm feeling cheated on snow this year. Like today, there were people outside with no coats or even sweaters on. Ridiculous. I do admit that I don't like freezing my bum off, but the zero propect of snow is a bit of a bummer.

I am from Arkansas and now live in England. It is sooo much colder here than there. The temp would fall into the teens in Arkansas during the winter, but there is something about the wind and air here that just makes you really really cold!!!

Well, here in Boston, it's very abnormally warm. Its like 50 degrees Fahrenheit each day, when usually its abot 30-38 degrees Fahrenheit this time of year. My friend from England says that they get snow days and national emergencies when it's only 2 inches of snow on the ground. Here, we don't get snow days unless there's at least 1 1/2 feet.

And, it's because of global warming. Please people, try and do something about it.

It all depends on what area you live in. I live in Ohio.. and at the time it's sorta fine but sorta cold at the same time, it's not as cold as it was a week or two ago. I'm sure it will get colder though within a short time.
