if you're on a diet, make sure that you get plenty of calories from lean meats such as white meat chicken, fish, lean beef, turkey etc. while eating these foods because they are extremely low in calories.

green beans
cucumbers
onions
bell peppers
jalapeno peppers
spinach
turnips
artichokes
yellow or green squash
tomatoes
celery
all the things listed above are extremely low in calories, and you can eat all you want. just be very careful to eat plenty of lean meat, other veggies, and fruits, some dairy products, and pasta too. you need to be getting a good balanced variety of foods. and enough calories to keep your body healthy.
