people have their own traditions. In my family, it's ham or roast beef. But, when I was growing up, if we had Christmas at my grandma's house, we would have tamales, enchiladas, salsa, menudo, etc... If it was anywhere else, we would have ham and/or roast beef and sometimes a turkey and several sides and of course, desserts galore.

Tamales if you are from Mexico :)
My Afro-Caribbean friend and her family have an AMAZING seafood dinner.
Or you can have Chinese take out a la Christmas Story!
It really all depends on you! You can start a new tradition in your family of Ribeye & Coke every year.

We are vegetarian, so no turkey for us. We usually do a big dinner on Christmas Eve and then a nice breakfast on Christmas, so we eat leftovers of a nice big lasagna or something the like from the night before for dinner.

We blend it up. that is uncomplicated for us to consume ham, yet now and returned we consume turkey or maybe duck...mmmm duck. something of it somewhat is virtually comparable to Thanksgiving, so we consume potatoes & gravy, rolls, 3-bean casserole, crimson cabbage, stuffing, deviled eggs, and candy potato casserole. Many people eat pork products. I do not eat any special meals during holidays. Pork is probably the most eaten holiday food.
Just the sight of it does not appeal to me.
