idk what i pushed but i was watching a movie and then paused it and idk really know what i pressed but now every time i play a dvd a black square appears at the lower part of the screen so i cant really watch a movie. did i fuuck it up or is there something in setup that i can just press or something

call the company that made the dvd player and ask for some assistance! omg your soooo dumb that would be the first thing i do!

What is the brand and model of your DVD player? It sounds like this could be a DVD player setup menu, audio menu or subtitles.
You can either look at the user guide or you can give us the model and we can tell you how to remove the box.
