Don't tell me you're fighting for my freedom. Iraq (or any other country for that matter) has no power to take away my freedoms.

Lord Kelvi, come up with an original answer. Attack the message, not the messenger. Challenge that miniscule intellect of yours.

Just to remind people, the reason behind the war in Iraq was to attack them before they attacked the US. Remember this is when we all "knew" that there were WMD's in Iraq. I remember Rummy on TV pointing out on a map where the WMD's were.
The war in Iraq was not and is not about freedom for the locals, the folks in the Middle East, or the West. It would be real refreshing to hear some honesty from the powers that be.

uhh yeah freedom of religion. you wanna be islamic?
and your a fool for saying that no country has the power to take away your freedom. If that were true then how did the small country of Japan take over most of asia? How was Hitler able to take over most of europe? could it ever happen to us? only time will tell. we have no clue what will happen tomorrow or 50 years from now. you sound like you take most of your freedoms for granted. Some of the most patriotic and politicaly savy people i have met are imigrants for oppressed countries. they are thankful for what they have here.

Iraq had nothing to do with our freedoms. It had to do with stability of the middle east and a brutal dictator that was murdering his citizens. It also didn't help that he ignored all the UN sanctions. Little did we know the UN, along with France and Russia were on Saddam's Payroll.

We are not fighting for your freedom personally, we are fighting to preserve freedom throughout the world. We are fighting to put a stop to Saddam's Hitler like slaughter of tens of thousands of people. Talk about ''sheeple''!
