Their is this cute boy i like in school me and him have been flirting ever since school started. I knew him since last school year. Every time I see him he always hugs me and he calls me regulary on the phone but when one of my best friends asked him out for me he said no. And he also stopped talking to me. Why did he say no when he always acted like he liked me.

He was probably just upset at the fact that you got your friend to do it for you.
Confidence is key when finding a man.
Maybe he was just sending out the friend vibe and you were recieving something more than that. If he's going to act like that than he's not worth your time in the first place. Try talking to him again, Just forget about it and move on, theres plenty of guys, your young, theres far more better things waiting around the corner for you.

Can you add some details. I need to know what he was saying or doing that you interpreted as flirting.
You were either reading too much into the things he was doing or saying, or he plays mind games.
Comes on strong and flirts for attention, then backs off when he gets the reaction he wants.
The last possibility is that he is gay.

It sounds like it bothered him that you had someone else ask him for you. Maybe he only appreciates a confident girl but you don;t need him if he's like that.
