If you hated someone that much why on earth would you want to waste an arm on them. Don't make sense - I need both my arms and no matter how much dislike I have for my ex wife and what she put me through, I want prefer to keep them both. She even told me once that if I ever lost an arm of a leg she would leave me - how messed up is that.
So in short no don't cut off your arm

Someone whom I might hate would fall into this category. My brother comes to mind but instead of throwing my arm at him I would throw a grenade at him and hope it exploded on impact.

It happened! I was in a bar with some mates and he came in. He turned round and went out again. I was a little bit amazed to be honest.
