I've done it before and there is no problem with doing it. It's nice to have it all prepared so all you have to do is pop it in the oven. Reheating is ok, but hot & fresh out of the oven is better.
So, go a head and make it tonight and cook it tomorrow night.
So are all of us on Yahoo invited? :o)
Merry Christmas!

Lasagna is actually more flavorful if you prepare it a day in advance. Cook tomorrow, but allow an extra 15 minutes cooking time to allow for the refrigerator coldness.
Definately DO NOT cook and then reheat -- you'll make the cheese crunchy.

You can prepare it the day before, no problem, but the cheese might go tough and stringy if reheated... Try only putting the cheese on top when you reheat the next day instead of when you make it the first day, this would avoid that problem..
Happy Holidays to you too...and Tanti Auguri (if you're making Lasagna for Xmas Eve...there must be some italian blood in your family!)

Yes, it will be just fine if you assemble it tonight and bake it tomorrow. In fact, I find that the flavors blend better if you let it sit for a while first. Of course, it would also be delicious if you bake it tonight and reheat it tomorrow. Either way is fine.
Happy Cooking and Happy Holidays!

We have lasagna every Christmas Eve. I think you should cook it tonight then reheat. The flavor is ALWAYS better the next day. Waiting the extra day lets the sauce and spices all mingle together, mmmmmmmmm..! I am hungry now!

I usually prepare it, wrap it and refrigerate it then just cook it the next day. It's easy that way for me especially during the holiday season. Leaves me free to whip up a fresh salad and prepare some garlic bread.
Happy Holidays to you too! Bon appétit!

You can prepare it tonight and keep it in the fridge. It will take a little longer to cook tomorrow because it will be cold, but it should actually be better after letting it set overnight.

Either way that you do it will be fine. BUT - if you cook it today and reheat it tomorrow, that reduces your workload on the big day AND allows all of those flavors to marry up and mellow. Making it today is a win-win situation.

I would make it totally tonight and then reheat it tomorrow. That way the noodles wont get mushy yucky and lasagna is one of the foods that tastes good reheated!
