hey! i dont really eat tuna but i think its ok, from time to time. try eating 1/2 tuna sandwich and a small soup, not 2. or, if you just eat 1 with some veggies, thats good too. eating light is always good! oh and keep up with the whole wheat....try looking for whole what with only 70 cals...

I have a sandwich, a quart of chocolate milk and a mini bag of chips for lunch. works out to be like 1400 Cal. I should split that into 2 meals...

That's sounds really good, but you are missing a few elements. Add either yogurt or 2% milk and also an apple or other fruit.

cut down to one tuna sandwich and add some fruit and maybe copped up carrots or lettuce :)) and yougurt YUMMM

It's good if you don't add mayonnaise. Also, if you don't eat this too often as tuna is a source of mercury.

yes it is healthy and a favorite of mine.sometimes a slice of sharp cheddar on it is good too.. i like an apple afterwards.
