Hi,

I suggest you try resistance bands which helps tone and can be done in the comfort of your own home. There is also a video out that is for walking. That too can be done in the comfort of your own home. You may be thinking how on earth can I walk at home if I don't have a treadmill? Well you can step in place and this video will take you through all that.

Just doing some sort of exercise is good and you can even make up your own plan. Try getting in at 30 mins. a day and that can even be 15 mins in the morning and 15 mins in the evening when you get home while watching television.

My I suggest the benefits of walking. You can start slow at your own pace and increase the exertion as you become ready. I suggest you use some good walking shoes. The walking is also a great time to clarify your thoughts and brighten your spirit.
