The main thing is there is no command or even a single word from Isa (Jesus) or even God to established the New Testaments. This is an evil work of manipulating and altering the Holyness of Taurat (the Old Testaments) by Paulus (Saul).

Matter or fact, Paulus (Saul) is not a student or follower of Isa (Jesus). He didn't meet or see Isa (Jesus) even once during his life and suddenly he declared himself a messenger (saint). No, no, no.. To many lies in Christianity...

Moreover, the trinity concept is absolutely not parralel with the 10 Commandments.. I'm not believe in Christianity ever !.

The Roman episkopoi were mostly under some kind of stipend by the time Rome felt it appropriate to consoildate the 'new' religion that had seeped into their ranks. The Bible was part of an attempt to catholicise Christian practises by creating a canon with which to rule over Christendom in terms of doctrine, faith and tradition etc. and the episkopoi mostly rubber stamped the idea of having Rome as the head office for Christianity rather than Constantinople. The Roman senate used the now well expanded bishopric to consolidate an administrative influence over areas in proximity to the Turks thus maintain a loyal buffer zone between the East and West division in the Empire.
At various council meetings among the episkopoi there were some dissenting voices about the nature of the canon . i.e. about incorporating the Old Testament into a collection of letters together with Jesus as one seamless testimony, but they were out numbered, even labelled as 'heretics' because their personal understanding of Christ did not conform to the dogma held by the majority - mob rule. On the whole these men tried to 'protect' Christianity from breaking up into small factions by creating a uniting doctrine that most could be unified under. Sadly, they understood far less about unity in the Spirit in their obsession with collectivising minds and were totally unconscious of the terrible consequence of retrofitting Christ to the Old Testament. Read 'The Bible that dethrones Christ' at http://www.lulu.com/dunamis
Among dissenting voices were the Montanists who believed in asceticism, living by faith and partaking of the gifts of the Spirit, speaking in tongues and being prophetic. They were ostracized by Rome. Novatian, the founder of a more rigid and disciplinarian branch of the church was rejected as a heretic also. Followers were subjected to persistent harrassment by the Roman church despite their reasonable doctrine of proper penance and holy living based on the teachings and life of Christ primarily.
The creation of the Bible as canon was a mistake. Jesus should have been the canon, the rest should have been 'marked' as scripture to refer to rather than defer. Christ referred to scripture, not deferred to it. And I can't recall Christ ever referring to Paul's scripture, can you?
To answer your question the debate over the canon was constructed by a Roman elite and their demotion of Christ is self-evident in their actions in subsequent centuries.

Constantine called the leaders of the church together, brought in the executioner to sharpen his axe, then told the wise men:

"Get it together, or else."

What occured was this, the doctrine of the church was debated and decided on, then all books that differed from that doctrine was thrown away, all that agreed was kept.

As an aside, if you want to study what the church might have become without the tinkering of Constantine, read up on the Ethiopian Church, it's much closer to the roots.

Hey sweety, it is going to be Ok aallriiight?
Did they let you out of your protective cell and you escaped into a room with computer access from the hospital near the river by me?
And then did you , after taking your medication, and knocking your head on the floor, fall into a set of encyclopedias. As you got up you saw in a blur that one volume was providentially opened to the section on the formation of the canon, but you don't know how to read, and scored very low on the reading comprehension part of your public school exams. I know , I know , that you didn't know because they passed you to the next grade anyway, because democrats care. They are more compassionate than the evil Christians who require that you learn something, how dare they.( I am sorry, I hate to bring up bad memories)So you then decided to get the truth out.
Please tell us where you are, so we can try to get you the best help you need. I know it "lookeded" right.

The Jewish Scriptures were the Scriptures of the Early Christian Church.
Gradually the writings that we call the New Testament were accepted as authorative, too.
J.B.Phillips describes them as having 'the ring of truth'
A council at Chaldea put them in the present order

Read Hebrews Ch. 11. I think that shows in a nutshell why the Old Testament is necessary to New Testament believers.

It was a group of Local Church Bishops ordered by Constantine to assemble at Nica. Constantine hi-jacked the Church and forced it to become something it was never before. A centrally controlled bureaucracy... Jim
