People have gotten really funny about buying home baked goods....sanitation, etc.

I know the schools in the area can no longer have party goodies made at home for the class parties. Everything has to be 'store bought'.

Not sure who would just take your word on the cleanliness of your home and cooking area. I know the health dept won't.....not without an inspection.

I have noticed that the coffee houses around where I live buy baked goods from individuals to resell. Of course, not the big ones like Starbucks, but the smaller coffee houses. Maybe take in a sample and tell them what you would like to do.

You better check health department regulations in your area to see if you can sell baked goods. You may need a license or something other than the typical residential kitchen. Check before you get into trouble.
