Painted in 1905, I have done a little reserch on him and found he worked for Tiffany. I had an offer of $4,000 i need to know more about him befor i do anything What do you know of him???

You are correct, do your homework before letting that go for that amount.
Here are some places you can look. Some you have to pay to get into. If you find the painting, they just will not list the value, until you join. So, look around. Also, you may call some of these galleries, and auction houses.
Also, there are many sites on the internet that are direct hits for Arild. Here are a few. The 'four horsemen of the apocalypse' being one of his more famous paintings.
