You question is one of the best cuz I have been asking the same question about Canada lol it's almost like something funny is going on that the Countries aren't talking about and that could possibly be one of them.Maybe it's cheaper for the government to go and help other countries well something like that .Anyone i can't wait until you get answers Canada government says they don't have money for the school system and health care but yet they can always afford to send money across sea's.I gather your from Mexico and they yours doesn't get treated they you should and they say they have no money for Mexico but can send it to Iraq and kill people for there personal vendetta.Sorry for the blabbing on but I couldn't help it but have a great x-mas and a happy new year.

We help tons of poor Mexicans. They are our largest LEGAL group of immigrants as well as illegal. The illegals who ignore our limits to steal education funds from our children to educate their own children aren't the kind of poor Mexicans we are interested in helping.

Because you have been a protectorate so long we gave you citizenship and social security benefits. You don't WANT our sovereignity. That is why you are not a state.

May be we really wanted to help the poor Iraqis manage their oil ? Mexicans do not have any oil for us to manage.

why is my home puerto rico not a state and hawaii is to people who commented to me i hope we can be a state but i dont think i can change it if puerto rico would be a state we would be much better off in my view i honestly dont live there any more cuz it really is not a great place to live like mexico i lived there for only a few years i still love it though its a beutifull placeand i would love to live there again if we could only get some money and make it a better place to live instead of a place to visit my puerto rican blood cant wait till i can live there again

we actually are helping more poor mexicans than anybody can,,,if you have a good idea at how to help poor mexicans in some other way than we already are,,,THIS COUNTRY IS ALL EARS,

We're helping approx. 20 million adding more every day. They get jobs, pay very little if any tax, get welfare, subsidized housing, free or low cost medical care and aren't required to have car insurance or a valid ID. We also send money to Mexico. How much more can we do? We're being bled to death.

We do DA... we give aid to Mexico. Not to mention the industry that American companies send down there. Helping doesn't mean allowing people to deify our laws.

what ? we send billions in aid to mexico as well as private help and not to mention we employ their poor here while send millions home so i would say they get more than they deserve
