like for example> if you eat a whole pizza but u dont actually shallow it how many calories would that be?

Probably a few caleries from the food particles in the saliva but not enough to make much of a difference.
Seems senseless in the first place. Why bother to chew up the food if you're not going to swallow it. Why not just smell the pizza and then throw it out?

you're not getting any nutrients then and therefore no calories. i dont know why you'd want to do that in the first place. you won't be full and all you'll end up doing is probably eating all the surface oils only as you swallow your own spit.
if you're looking to lose weight then this is definetly not a good idea. its not going to help you at all - short term or long term.

Don't EVEN get started with that ****. I was a bulimic for 7 years, and did all kinds of crazy stuff like that. I am hoping you are a young girl, who has time to get OUT of this mindset. The media tries to make us believe that all the models/celebs are perfect looking. It's BULLSHIT- PHOTOSHOP.
PLEASE- do yourself a favor and stop trying to find ways to restrict yourself.
If you have HBO, I highly recommend watching a Documentary called "Thin".- it will be a wake-up call. Good Luck, and take CARE of yourself.
