Love Pork Chops too, a mess of turnip green, sweet taters, blackeyed peas, cornbread and a big onion. Mama cooks it so good that your tongue will slap your brains out. Haw!

I'm a Southern girl too and I love nearly all the soul food. I like chitterlings a lot if they are boiled and seasoned right. I can slurp 'em down with a hunk of cornbread and some good hot sauce and enjoy the ride! But fried? I can't do it! Another favorite of mine: pig ears and turnip greens. Now there's some fine sloppy eating!

I grew up in a chitterling loving household, Im not too crazy about them. On the other hand Ill inhale some pig feet.
