It depends on the parts of the world you're watching. Globally, I would say "yes" in number, even if it's little by little. At least in Europe, there are more and more atheists and agnosticists. In proportion, it's not so sure since countries which have an important Christian and Muslim population rate (in South America, Africa or Middle East) have also a high birth rate, contrary to Europe.

The difficulty is that every sect is on the rise right now. check out statistics. i think its just a case of even spread as the world is vastly populating. I'm a Christian and i am aware that Christianity is rising. I am a fan of Richard Dawkins and his books, and i am aware that Atheism is rising, i know the Jehovah's Witnesses are rising too. but thats mainly because they're going to third world countries where people don't have resources to check facts

There does seem to be at least some increase in the number of atheists, although it might just be that atheists are beginning to announce themselves more publically.

With people becoming more and more zealous over their religious beliefs, it's getting harder for people to except the fact that one group of people is right and all the others are completely wrong.

I'd say so yes. At the least, Christianity is losing its converts to other religions, if not no religion.

Yes, look at the downward spiral America has been on. Less God and religion equals less morals in our society. That is my evidence.
