There at 16 tablespoons in a cup so it would be 5 and 1/3 tablespoons for a 1/3 cup.

ok...there are 16 Tablespoons in a cup and 3 teaspoons in a tablespoon. So...a third of a cup would be 5 Tablespoons and 1 teaspoon.
