which over the counter medicine could i use safely for a fungal infection on nipples which could be from candida, or something else? thanks very much.

You should seek the help of a doctor as soon as possible. This could be a reaction to hormones or it also could lead to mastitis.
Mastitis which is inflammation of your breast. mastitis is much like Inflammatory breast cancer and only a doctor can tell your for sure after tests.
For temporary relief try soaking in a tub of hot water and corn starch or Epsom salts. 20 minutes before the soaking, rub with alcohol and you might also find soem relief from neoprene

try any anti-fungal cream. The kind you use for athlete foot, that should work..or ask the pharmacist...they can help. Better yet, you should probably go to the doctor.

The same cream that works for vaginal yeat infection will work on your nipples. I am wondering why you are so certain about the type of rash you have......
