yeah, cuz I think it creates more oxygen or something like that inside our body. But, too much salt can be hazardous for the body as well

Not too much, but nothing too much is good for you anyway. Too much sugar increase your risk of getting diabetes, too much salt increase your risk of high natrium in your blood. That doesn;'t sound good does it

Of course it's good for you...cows have a huge block of it in their field....and when was the last time you saw a sick cow??
