I would say somewhere between 40 and 55 pounds is normal. I know what you mean. I have a 7 year old that's both very skinny and very tall. He's 4 foot 4 inches and he only weighs 56 pounds! They boy wears 10 slims with a belt to keep them up. I've expressed my concerns with his doctor, who just says he's got a high metabolism, and that he's perfectly healthy. It just differs from child to child.

If you scroll down here, you'll be able to print off growth charts for your daughter. They'll let you know where she ranks, as far as "normal" goes. Hope this helps.

I would say around 40-50 lbs would be normal. My daughter is five and she weighs around 45 lbs and she is normal on the charts she will be six in May

You should check her body mass index, not her weight. And I wouldn't worry unless it is off the charts in either direction. The link below will bring you a place to check her BMI.

kids vary, don't judge them by charts or what others think is average, normal or acceptable. be thankful they have no disease or major health problens. at 5 my daughter was around 30 pounds and wearing 3t clothes. at 8 she is now healthy and full of life.
