I need to know times, etc. I can't seem to find them online anywhere.
I also would like to know prices and locations of the metro stations.
I live in Charles Town, West Virginia, what is the closest station to me?

The DC Metro goes to Maryland and Virginia, nowhere close to New York City. You are probably thinking of the Amtrak.
If you are thinking of the MARC train (the Maryland Commuter train), you can catch that in either Duffields or Harpers Ferry. That will take you to Union Station in DC.
Here is the schedule for the Brunswick line, which runs only Monday to Friday. So it will not be operating on Sunday, New Year's Eve.

Your could catch the Amtrak train in Harpers Ferry. Amtrak has two options:
Both involve catching the 11:45 in Harpers Ferry, gets you into Union Station at 13:30.
There are trains to NYC at
3:25 p.m. arrives Penn Station at 6:45 p.m.
or 4:25 p.m... arrives at Penn Station at 7:43 p.m.
Same schedule for next Saturday as well -- will cost you around $200 roundtrip.
Suggest you catch the train into Union Station and catch the Greyhound up to New York. They have specials as cheap as $35 round trip -- check it out:

I think you mean the Amtrak "Metroliner", which runs from DC to Boston. Most assuredly it will be running to NYC on New Years Eve, and also most assuredly will be already sold out. Try Amtrak.com to book NOW.
By the way, the DC Metro system is a mass transit service for the District as well as suburban VA and MD.

Um, no. It's called the DC metro because it's local. AMTRAK may hook you up, though.
